Suppliers Hub_

Suppliers Hub shows all suppliers linked to your Current RMS Opportunity in a single list on the right-hand side, giving you a clear visual overview at a glance. Each supplier is colour-coded so you can instantly see their PO status:

🔴 Red = No PO yet

🟠 Orange = PO created but not sent

🟢 Green = PO sent

Any items that have a sub-rent supplier assigned are clearly marked with a visible bubble such as “Marked as Subrent – Clearsound”, so it’s always obvious which items are internal and which are coming from a supplier.

How it works

• Automatically lists every supplier linked to your Opportunity, no setup needed.

• Items and accessories with sub-agents are clearly flagged as Subrent.

• Click any supplier name to open a detailed popup showing:

  • All items and accessories

  • Quantities

  • PO status

  • Clear sub-rent indicators

  • Direct links to open the PO

• Hover over a quantity badge (for example [3]) to quickly adjust how many items are sub-rented versus supplier supplied.

• Click a “No PO” label to jump straight to Costings with that supplier’s items pre-selected.

• When a PO is sent via Discussions, Hub detects it and prompts you to mark it as sent.

• Right-click any PO to mark it as sent manually.

• If Manual PO Numbers are enabled, you can enter your own PO reference and track it in exactly the same way.

Fast sub-rent assignment

You can mark items as sub-rent directly from the Opportunity item list:

• Click the item arrow

• Click Add Supplier

• Choose a supplier

Hub automatically applies the supplier to the item and all its accessories, keeping everything grouped correctly and saving multiple manual steps.

To use it

• Open any Opportunity in Current RMS.

• Find Suppliers Hub in the right-hand sidebar.

• Click a supplier to view their full breakdown.

• Hover quantity badges to adjust sub-rent splits.

• Copy or email supplier lists directly with delivery and collection dates.

• Use No PO shortcuts and Discussions to manage PO creation and sending.
