TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: [September 8th, 2025]
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hub Chrome extension (“Hub”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By installing or using Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Hub.
1. Overview
Hub is a Chrome extension that enhances the Current RMS platform by adding optional modules (e.g., Shortages Hub, Warehouse Hub, Check-In Hub, Suppliers Hub, etc.). Some modules are available free of charge; others require a paid subscription (“Hub Pro”).
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid Current RMS account. Hub does not replace Current RMS — it adds tools on top of it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission from your organisation to connect Hub to your Current RMS account.
3. Subscription & Payments
Hub Pro features require an active subscription, managed via Lemon Squeezy.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
If your subscription lapses, Pro modules will be disabled until payment is restored.
4. Data & Privacy
Hub only uses your Current RMS subdomain and API key to access your Current RMS account.
These details are stored locally in your browser (Chrome Sync Storage) and are never shared with us or third parties.
Hub does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to run its features.
See our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Hub in any way that could harm, disable, or overload Current RMS or interfere with other users.
Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute Hub without permission.
Use Hub to access or manipulate Current RMS data outside of its intended functionality.
6. Disclaimer
Hub is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Current RMS.
We make no guarantees that Hub will always function without error or remain compatible with all future versions of Current RMS or Chrome.
Hub is provided “as is” and “as available.” You use it at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hub.
Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
You may uninstall Hub at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or within Hub. Your continued use of Hub after changes means you accept the new Terms.
