Set up deck sizes, stage heights, legs, steps, valance, trim, carpet, and per-deck accessories in settings, then enter the required stage size on an opportunity. Hub calculates the deck mix, height-specific parts, step sets, perimeter items, and carpet, then adds everything to the job as a grouped kit with a clear stage description.
Bulk Import Text Items: added two new bulk import tools for invoices and purchase orders. Both allow free-text line items to be imported from pasted CSV, uploaded CSV, or a shared Google Sheet, with support for item name, group/section, type, quantity, description, price, discount, parent group ID, and custom fields. The importers can create missing groups automatically, add items into the selected or named group, preview rows before import, and verify created lines so users can quickly add large batches of non-stock text items without repeatedly opening the standard “Add an Item” window.
Planner Filters: added an Opportunity Type filter to the Opportunity Job Planner, allowing jobs to be filtered by type such as Dry Hire alongside the existing owner filter.
Order Likelihood: added a quotation-only Order Likelihood tool that stores a D1-D5 likelihood rating against each quote, shows and edits it beside the opportunity state, and can optionally overlay matching coloured likelihood badges plus a key on quotation jobs in the planner.

From a purchase order, you can open the hub, choose the store, pick whether the items should go into sales or rental stock, set the transaction date, and select exactly which items and quantities to add. It shows current stock, purchase price, replacement charge, and PO price before you commit, and flags unsupported serialised items so only bulk stock is added. You can also choose per item whether to update the product’s Purchase Price or Replacement Charge from the PO price. Once complete, the purchase order is marked with “Added to stock” beside each processed item.
