Quarantine Hub_

Adds real-time quarantine protection to stock checks, stopping lost or quarantined items from silently slipping back into circulation.

Quarantine Hub intercepts scans during stock checks and warns you immediately if an item is marked as lost or in quarantine in Current RMS before it’s accidentally accepted back into stock.

How it works:

• Monitors item scans during stock checks in real time.

• If a scanned item is marked as lost or quarantined, Hub_ intervenes instantly.

• Displays a clear, branded popup warning.

• Plays an audible alert so the warning isn’t missed on a busy warehouse floor.

• Gives you a clear choice on how to proceed.

What you can do:

• Return to Stock

  Instantly clear the quarantine status and return the item to usable stock if it’s been found or repaired.

• Ignore Once

  Acknowledge the warning and continue scanning without making changes, so workflows aren’t slowed down.

To use it:

• Start a stock check in Current RMS as normal.

• Scan items as you usually would.

• If an item is marked as lost or quarantined, Quarantine Hub will trigger automatically.

• Choose whether to return the item to stock or ignore and continue.

• Carry on with the stock check no reloads, no extra steps.
