Purchase Hub makes it much easier to turn purchase order items into usable stock.
It gives you full control over what gets added, where it goes, and how values are handled,all in one place.
How it works
• Launches directly from a Purchase Order.
• Lets you choose which store the stock is added to.
• Choose whether items go into sales or rental stock.
• Set the transaction date before adding stock.
• Select exactly which items and quantities to add.
• Shows current stock, purchase price, replacement charge, and PO price before committing.
• Flags unsupported serialised items so only bulk stock is processed.
• Option to update Purchase Price or Replacement Charge from the PO price.
• Marks items as “Added to stock” once processed.
To use it
• Open a Purchase Order.
• Launch Purchase Hub.
• Select your store and stock type (sales or rental).
• Choose items and quantities to add.
• Review values and optional price updates.
• Confirm to add stock.
