LED Hub_
LED Hub is designed to build LED quotes quickly and accurately from a screen size entered on an opportunity.
Enter the wall width and height, choose the LED screen profile, and LED Hub works out the panel count, actual screen size, resolution, power, weight, spares, rigging items, and ballast needed for the build.
How it works
• Launches directly from an opportunity.
• Enter the required wall width and height in metres.
• Choose the LED screen profile for the product being quoted.
• Select whether the screen is flown or ground-stacked.
• Calculates panels wide, panels high, total panel count, actual build size, and pixel resolution.
• Estimates typical and maximum power draw.
• Calculates approximate total weight using configured product weights.
• Adds spare LED panels as accessories to the main LED panel line.
• For ground-stacked builds, calculates rear extensions, ladder bars, upright clamps, upright braces, and ballast.
• Uses configurable rules so different LED products can have different panel sizes, power values, weights, and required kit.
To use it
• Open an opportunity.
• Launch LED Hub.
• Select the LED screen profile.
• Enter the required wall width and height.
• Choose Flown or Ground-stacked.
• Review the calculated screen size, resolution, panel count, power, weight, and rigging kit.
• Adjust any quantities if needed.
• Confirm to add the LED wall and supporting items to the job.
Setting it up
Before using LED Hub, create a screen profile for each LED product you want to quote.
Each screen profile needs:
• Screen name
• Panel width and height in metres
• Pixels wide and high per panel
• Typical and maximum power per panel
• Cable weight allowance
• Ballast weight per unit
• The Current RMS item IDs for the LED panels and supporting kit
• Quantity rules for each item
Product items can be set to calculate from:
• Total panel count
• Panels wide
• Panels high
• Actual screen width
• Actual screen height
• 1m bars across the width
• 0.5m bars across the width
• Rear extensions
• Ladder bars
• Ballast weight
• Ballast units
Each item can be set to apply to flown builds, ground-stacked builds, or both.
Once the screen profiles and product items are set up, open an opportunity and launch LED Hub. Choose the screen profile, enter the wall width and height, select Flown or Ground-stacked, review the calculated kit, then add it to the job.
💡 Why it’s useful:
LED Hub removes the manual maths from LED quoting. It helps build consistent LED quotes faster, reduces missed rigging or ballast items, and gives the team a clearer view of panel count, resolution, power, weight, and required support kit before anything is added to the job.
