Prep Hub_

Prep Hub adds configurable product-level prep and de-prep checklists directly onto Opportunity item detail rows.

It lets warehouse teams open prep notes straight from the item dropdown, work through checklists, add completion notes, and save dated completion records against the current Opportunity item.

How it works

• Launches directly from Opportunity item detail rows.

• Adds Prep Notes and De-Prep Notes options to the item dropdown menu.

• Shows prep or de-prep checklists depending on the current item state.

• Lets users tick checks, add completion notes, and save dated completion records against the Opportunity item.

• Checklist items can be added and edited directly inside the Prep Notes popup on the Opportunity page.

• Stores prep and de-prep templates at product level.

Setting it up

Before using Prep Hub, enable it in Hub Settings.

Prep and de-prep templates can then be configured per product.

Each product can contain:

• Prep checklist items

• De-Prep checklist items

• Completion notes

• Optional workflow instructions

Templates can be managed individually or imported in bulk using CSV import.

Once configured, open an Opportunity in Detail View and launch Prep Notes or De-Prep Notes from the item dropdown.

To use it

• Open Hub Settings and enable Prep Hub.

• Open an Opportunity in Detail View.

• Open the item dropdown menu.

• Select Prep Notes or De-Prep Notes depending on the item state.

• Add, edit, or complete checklist items directly inside the popup.

• Save notes and completion records.

Or:

• Open a Product in Current RMS.

• Click the Prep Hub Notes menu button.

• Add or edit Prep and De-Prep templates.

Or:

• Import checklist templates using CSV import.

Prep Hub gives warehouse teams a structured prep process directly inside the job workflow. It keeps prep consistent, reduces missed steps, stores completion history against the job, and makes it much easier for teams to follow repeatable prep and de-prep procedures.
