Flight Hub_

Flight Hub helps you manage crew flight bookings directly from your Opportunity page. It works very similarly to Hotel Hub, but for flights instead of accommodation. It adds an “F” toggle beside each crew resource so you can quickly see who requires flights, manage booking details, and keep all travel information linked directly to the job.

How it works

• Every crew resource on an Opportunity has an “F” toggle, switch it on for crew members requiring flights.

• Once enabled, Flight Hub tracks who requires travel and shows them in the Flight Hub view.

• The popup lets you enter outbound and return flight details, including airports, flight times, airline names, and booking references.

• Supports airport and venue lookup for both outbound and return journeys.

• Optional fields can also be added for transfer-to-airport, transfer-from-airport, and airport car parking details.

• Saved flight information is formatted cleanly for use within documents and crew paperwork.

To use it

• Open your Opportunity in Current RMS.

• Toggle the “F” beside each crew member requiring flights.

• Open Flight Hub from the Actions menu.

• Enter outbound and return flight information.

• Add optional transfer or parking details if required.

• Save the booking information back to the Opportunity.

💡 Why it’s useful:

Flight Hub keeps all crew travel information organised in one place alongside the job itself. It removes the need for scattered spreadsheets and booking notes, helps production teams manage travel logistics more efficiently, and keeps flight details ready for documents, schedules, and crew communication.
