Mandatory Hub_

Mandatory Hub helps ensure important job information is completed before an Opportunity is saved.

It allows administrators to define required fields and checks using both standard Current RMS fields and custom fields, helping improve data quality and reduce missed information. Depending on your settings, users can either be prevented from saving until the required information is completed or shown a warning that can be overridden.

How it works

• Allows mandatory checks to be configured within Hub Settings.

• Works with both standard Current RMS fields and custom fields.

• Runs checks when an Opportunity is saved.

• Identifies missing or incomplete information.

• Can block the save until the required information is completed.

• Can alternatively display a warning that users can choose to override.

• Highlights missing information to help users quickly resolve issues.

To use it

• Open Hub Settings.

• Enable Mandatory Hub.

• Select the standard fields and custom fields you want to make mandatory.

• Choose whether Hub should block saving or show an overridable warning.

• Save your settings.

• Open an Opportunity.

• Make your changes as normal.

• When saving, Hub will perform the configured checks.

• Complete any missing information or override the warning if permitted.
