Bay Hub_

Bay Hub gives your team a clear, live view of what is being prepped, where it’s being prepped, and who is working on it.

It’s designed for the warehouse floor, keeping everyone aligned without needing to jump between screens or ask around.

How it works

• Displays live job activity across prep bays.

• Shows job details, status, assigned vehicle, and notes.

• Can run as a full overview board showing all bays.

• Or set each screen to a single bay view for dedicated prep areas.

• Updates in real time as jobs progress.

To use it

• Open an Opportunity and launch Bay Hub from the Hub side menu.

• Set your bay details for that job.

• Make sure Bay Hub is enabled in Settings.

• Open Bay Hub Board from the main Hub menu dropdown.

• Choose full board view or assign each screen to a specific bay.
