Availability Hub_
Availability Hub adds a live “Avail” column directly into the Opportunity Order view, giving you instant visibility of item availability without leaving the page.
It’s designed to remove guesswork during job building and prep, showing exactly what’s available, what’s short, and what’s already planned by Prep.
How it works
• Adds an Avail column next to Quantity in the Opportunity items list.
• Shows the live availability number for each item based on the job’s date window.
• Green numbers = available.
• Red numbers = shortage.
• Hover over a shortage to see a detailed conflict popup, including:
• Conflicting jobs
• Quantities on those jobs
• Prep status information
• Stock level context
• If a shortage is fully explained by Prep (either on this job or overlapping prep windows), the row is automatically highlighted in blue instead of red, making it clear the item can still be prepared safely.
To use it
• Open an Opportunity in Order view.
• The Avail column appears automatically.
• Hover over negative values to view conflicts and Prep details.
• Click the availability number to open the full bookings view for deeper analysis.
