Check exactly what has and hasn’t been prepared before a job leaves the warehouse, including partially prepared bulk stock.

Finalise Hub identifies equipment that has not been fully prepared and gives warehouse users the opportunity to review outstanding quantities before dispatch. Items can be kept, adjusted, or removed depending on what is actually going out on the job.

How To Use It

Open the Opportunity before dispatch.

Open Finalise Hub.

Review any equipment that has not been fully prepared.

Check any partially prepared bulk quantities.

Choose whether to keep, adjust, or remove each outstanding quantity.

Finalise the job once the equipment leaving the warehouse is correct.

If Current moves outstanding items onto a new Opportunity, Hub can automatically make that Opportunity open ended.

💡 Why it’s useful:

Jobs often change during prep, and what was originally booked isn’t always what eventually leaves the warehouse. Finalise Hub provides a final check before dispatch, particularly for bulk stock where only part of the required quantity may have been prepared.

It helps ensure the Opportunity accurately reflects what is actually going out, while automatically handling the new Opportunity created by Current when outstanding equipment needs to remain open.
