A workspace that fits

A few useful answers

Before you
get started.

Is Hub Cloud included with Enterprise?

Yes. Hub Cloud is included as part of Hub Enterprise. Talk to us about setting up the tools and access for your company.

How does Hub Cloud work with OnRent Events?

Your company connects OnRent Events through Hub Cloud. The connected services use that company connection to read job and equipment information and carry out the actions each module supports. Administrators choose which services to enable.

Do I need to install an app on my phone?

Hub Mobile works in your browser. You can add it to your home screen for quick access on supported phones and tablets. An internet connection and a company-created Hub Mobile account are needed.

Can I choose which modules each person sees?

Yes. Company owners and administrators create Hub Mobile accounts and assign module permissions. Transport and Client Hub have their own account and access settings. A linked OnRent Events identity does not automatically grant all of that person’s OnRent Events permissions.

Is fault reporting the same as Repair Hub?

They work at different stages. The company QR reporting link lets crew submit a fault without a named Mobile login. Repair Hub is the signed-in workshop module for booking, tracking and updating repair work, with access controlled by permissions.

Can I approve purchase orders in Hub Mobile?

Approval Hub currently lets Mobile users review purchase orders, costs, approval history and progress. Approval decisions still require the Hub extension in a desktop browser.
